Illegal Trade: Illegal goods, vehicle and timber seized

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.
On the 13th, 14th and 15th of August, illegal edible oil, unregistered vehicle, TVs, soundboxes and illegal timber were seized in Magway Township, Shwebo Township, at the Thanlwin Bridge Combined Checkpoint and in Toungoo and Thayawady districts.
In total, illegal goods, vehicle and timber worth over 58 million Kyats were seized. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
