Illegal Trade: Illegal goods and teak confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the23th, 24th and 26th of May, illegal goods including prime mover heads, trailers, sea white shrimp and illegal teak worth over 274 million Kyats were confiscated at the Muse 105th-mile border trade zone and in Toungoo district. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
