Illegal Trade Eradication: Illegal wood, goods and vehicles confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 28th, 30th and 31st of October, illegal wood, medicines, goods including cigarette and unregistered vehicles worth over 26 million Kyats were confiscated in Maubin township, in Aungmyaythazan township, at the Yangon International Airport, in Kyauktaga township, in Homalin township and in Gwa township. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
