Illegal Trade Eradication: Illegal vehicles and goods confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 27th and 28th of June, an unregistered vehicle and illegal goods including Calcium Chloride bags, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, steel basin, gear pumps and an unregistered vehicle worth over 275 million Kyats were confiscated in Tanai Township of Kachin State and at the Latpanhla-Singu temporary checkpoint, at the Myanmar Industrial Port, at the Asia World Port Terminal container checkpoint and at the Hteedan Port as well as in Hlaingthaya Township.

Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
