IAEA chief points that no systematic nuclear weapons production plan found in Iran

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi stated Monday that the agency has found no evidence of Iran developing nuclear weapons, while warning against military strikes on nuclear facilities.

Grossi issued a stern warning against targeting nuclear facilities, citing risks of radioactive contamination and regional destabilization. Grossi confirmed the IAEA had activated its emergency response mechanisms following recent military actions against Iran. He urged all parties to return to dialogue, stressing the need for “a sustainable solution that provides stability for Iran and the region.”
