Hungarian PM Viktor Orban announces creation of a new European parliament group

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced "a new era" with the creation of a new European political faction called "Patriots for Europe."

Speaking in Vienna alongside Austria's Freedom Party and the Czech ANO party, Orban stated that the new alliance aims to change European politics. The faction will need support from parties in four other countries to be officially recognized.
