Hundreds tie the knot in Nicaragua for Valentine's

Hundreds of couples marked their Valentine's by tying the knot on Tuesday in the Nicaraguan capital Managua, under a mass wedding sponsored by the government and the state-owned radio.

The free ceremony has been allowing couples to wed for the past 20 years, a moment in year that many await to ease their paperwork and the costs associated with the ceremony.This year, the wedding took place at the city's main square, under the shadow of the Old Cathedral of Managua.
