A group of volunteers in Dak Lak Province has established a free human milk bank to fill a vital nutritional gap for at-risk or premature newborns who don't have access to their mothers' milk. This important project has been running for three years and has fed thousands of infants in need of human milk in the locality.

People can bring diapers or other items for toddlers to exchange for breast milk, and those with financial difficulties can receive it for free.  Many mothers were eagerly supporting the idea. And that's why the breast milk bank was established to support premature babies.  Each milk bag is carefully labelled and stored to ensure its nutritional value. So far, the Free Breast Milk Project has received and given more than 20,000 bags of milk.
