Hospital Tour: MOH Union Minister visits Loikaw General Hospital

Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win visited Loikaw General Hospital in Kayah State on September 4th. The Union Minister inspected outpatient ward, laboratory, X-ray room and the inpatient ward.

He also comforted the patients and provided necessary supplies. After hearing reports on the operation of the hospital, the Union Minister instructed the rapid restoration of the damaged hospital buildings, CT scan and X-ray machines due to destructive acts commited by terrorist insurgents.

The Union Minister called for the concerted efforts of the relevant personnel in beautification and cleaning  process of the hospital, emphasizing the convenience of the patients. He also provided cash assistance to the service personnel.
