Hoping for Brighter Future : First time voters' hope for better future

People in Yangon cast their votes in the Phase II of multi-party democracy general election. In Latha Township, there are over 17,000 eligible voters, and among them are first time voters for the election.

They expressed their high hope for the election, casting their ballots for better future of the nation. Youth voters stressed for development of education sector, the fundamental for the nation progress.  Senior voters also urged young generation to cast vote for better future of the nation.

 Polling booth officials provide necessary arrangement for the voters to ensure easy and smooth process. Four candidates from political parties and an Independent Candidate, totaling five candidates are contesting in Latha Township for Pyithu Hluttaw seat.
