Honouring Ceremony: MoNREC honours outstanding students

Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation on Tuesday honoured the offsprings of the Ministry’s officials and staff who excelled in the 2023-2024 academic year matriculation exam.

In this ceremony, Union Minister U Khin Maung Yi stressed that the government is implementing the education reform in accordance with the times in order to improve the education of the whole nation. Efforts are being made to bring high-quality human resources that excel in all-round excellence.

The Union Minister also urged the students to try hard to become those whom the state can rely on. And, the Union Minister and officials presented certificates of honour and cash awards to the students who excelled in the 2023-2024 academic year matriculation exam.216 students from the Ministry including those with 6 distinctions, 5 distinctions, 4 distinctions, 3 distinctions, 2 distinctions and 1 distinction passed the 2023-2024 academic year matriculation exam.
