Honouring Ceremony: 7th Anniversary of Center for Myanmar Affairs Studies

7th Anniversary of Center for Myanmar Affairs Studies under the Information and Public Relations Department was held in Yangon on Thursday.

The ceremony was attended by Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, departmental heads, members of the Center of Myanmar Affairs Studies, experts and invited guests.

First, the Union Minister and attendees observed the books and journals published by the Center. Then the video clips on the Myanmar Affairs studied by the center and its work achievements were shown.

Afterwards, the Union Minister delivered a speech in honour of the anniversary of the center. Next, literati U Kyaw Kyaw Hlaing (Kyaw Kyaw Hlaing –Smart) gave a speech. Then, the dinner was served to the attendees. Earlier in the day, the Union Minister attended a ceremony to honour the artists who performed in 2022 best film awarded movie and cordially greeted the artists.
