Honourary dinner: In commemoration of 49th Anniversary Mon State Day

A dinner in honourary of the 49th Anniversary Mon State Day was held at Mawrawadi Park in Mawlamyaing on Monday.

Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister General Mya Tun Oo, member of the SAC U Yan Kyaw, Union Ministers Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Jeng Phang Naw Taung, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, Commander of South East Command, Deputy Ministers, the State Ministers, departmental officials and invited guests attended the ceremony.

At the event, the SAC members and the State Chief Minister presented 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes to the State respective departments for commemorative booths of 49th Anniversary Mon State Day.

After that, the SAC members, the Union Ministers, the State Chief Minister, commander and invited guests served a dinner in honour of 49th Mon State Day celebration and enjoyed entertainments of Mon ethnic traditional cultural troupes and presented flower baskets and cash.
