Firefighters fought to extinguish a fire that broke out in a warehouse in Baghdad on Saturday. The fire was started by the high temperature and failure to comply with building and safety regulations.

The warehouse, which held furniture and chemical material, was also built with a "highly flammable" material. The fire spread to surrounding houses as firefighters were able to control the spread and contain it in the warehouse. This is the second fire that breaks out in one day in the Iraqi capital.
