Healthcare: Cleft lip and cleft palate surgery program

Ministry of Health has been providing healthcare services to the public in regions and states.

In Meikhtila Township of Mandalay Region, at the People’s Hospital, medical experts have been giving treatment to patients with cleft lip and cleft palate, and Deputy Ministry for Health Dr. Aye Tun oversaw the treatment process. He also provided nutritious foods and cash assistance for the patients. This cleft lip and cleft palate surgery program at the Meikhtila People’s Hospital program for 29 patients started on the 1st of December and will end on the 4th of December.
