Health Treatment: Rendering dental care services in Bago

With the guidance of the Ministry of Health and the Bago Region Government, dental care services are being provided at the 500-bed General Hospital in Bago from December 26th to January 1st.

The medical team is offering dental check-ups to senior citizens, while also implanting artificial teeth and performing surgeries for patients with cleft lips and palates. So far, dental care services have been provided to 71 elders from 14 townships in Bago Region (East), and surgeries have been performed on 20 patients with cleft lips and palates each day. Plans are underway to extend dental care services to the locals from Bago Region (West) at the General Hospital in Pyay.
