Health Care Service: COVID-19 Treatment Center (Thuwunna) Gives Service As Of Sep. 19

Through the coordination of the Ministry of Health and Sports and Ayeyawady Foundation, the COVID-19 Treatment Center (Thuwunna) is being constructed at the Thuwunna Youth Training Center and now it has completed cent per cent.

The medical treatment is being given to the COVID-19 asymptomatic positive patients as of 19th September evening.
Yangon Region Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein and officials looked into the center on Saturday and coordinated with officials about arrangements for the treatment.

The center is installed with 4 tents and each tent can capacitate a hundred patients. It is planned to accommodate 400 COVID-19 positive patients at the center.

A team of more than 100 members including health care professionals, nurses and volunteers will provide health care services to the patients at the center.
