Harris swears in Ken Salazar as Mexico ambassador

Ken Salazar, a former U.S. Senator from Colorado, has been sworn in as American ambassador to Mexico.

 Salazar is expected to play a key role in the relationship with Mexico at a time when the U.S. is struggling to come to grips with the number of migrants crossing the Southern border.
