Harris accepts Democratic nomination with pledge of 'new way forward'

US Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday accepted her party’s nomination and offered her policy agenda on the fourth and final night of the Democratic National Convention.

The theme for the fourth and final night was "For Our Future," addressing the stakes of the upcoming election.With voting about two-and-a-half months away, her roughly 40-minute-long speech broadcast live nationwide demonstrated her aim of appealing to a wide range of voters, including swing voters.
