Hanoi unveils digital app to connect citizens with government

Hanoi recently has launched a new mobile app “iHanoi” designed to connect citizens with all levels of government.

The digital citizen platform “iHanoi” is expected to become a quick and convenient app that facilitates online interactions between citizens, businesses, and local authorities. While providing utilities in diverse fields like transportation, healthcare, education, and the environment, the app also aims to create a green and smart city in the future.

Local authorities have recorded more than 30,000 user accounts in the past two weeks, including those of civil servants and residents in the capital city.
