Haemodialysis Center: 30% of construction have completed in Taungdwingyi

Ngyat Pyit Taung Haemodialysis Center is being under construction in Taung Dwin Gyi Township of Magway Region and the construction processes has started this year. The center is being constructed in the compound of Ngyat Pyit Taung monastery with the aim for convenience of the locals with kidney diseases.

As the locals with kidney diseases have to go to the Nay Pyi Taw, Magway, Yangon and Mandalay for their treatments.

Baddanta Manita, Ngyat Pyit Taung Sayadaw said “There are many people with kidney diseases in Taung Dwin Gyi Township including me. As we urgently need a Haemodialysis Center in Taung Dwin Gyi Township, we made discussion with the related departmental officials and donors for the construction of the center.”

10 dialysis machines will be donated at the center and 30% of construction has been completed.  

Vice Chairman, Soe Myint  Thein, Ngyat  Pyit Taung Haemodialysis Center said “The center is being implemented with the donations of locals. And I hope that it can solve the difficulties to some extent for those who suffer kidney diseases and their family.  And also kidney cleaning process can be implemented within 24 hours.”

After construction process is completed, as the local people with kidney diseases can be taken their treatment at there. It’s learnt that the treatment will be given by nurses and so the training courses will be conducted to them in cooperation with Myanmar Kidney Foundation at the center.
