Guterres Finance Summit

France is set to host an international Summit for a New Global Financing Pact on 22nd and 23rd June. The Secretary-General delivered remarks at the opening ceremony of the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact hosted by President Macron of France.

António Guterres renewed his appeal for ambitious reforms to the international financial architecture and presented his proposals including an SDG stimulus, to better support developing and emerging economies and put us back on track to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
