Groundbreaking ceremony: Groundbreaking ceremony for Sarso Beikman held

The Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint inspected the preparation works for initiation of constructing Sarso Beikman (Literati Monument) on 29th September and offered to the members of Sangha at the groundbreaking ceremony for the constructon of the building.

In the morning on 30th September, the Deputy Minister attended the meeting of the Selection Committee on National Lifetime Awards for Literary Achievement for 2023, met with the Committee members literature scholars and coordinated the matters on the award selection.

In the afternoon, Deputy Minister visited the East District and North District offices of the Information and Public Relations Department, inspected work implementations and gave necessary instructions to the personnel, it’s learnt.
