Ground inspection tour: Bago Region CM inspected regional development works

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win took a ground inspection tour to oversee the regional development works in Pan Taung Township in the afternoon on 30th June.

First, the Chief Minister and party looked the Pigeon pea plantation in 150 acres in a row, met with the local farmers and gave necessary instruction to the responsible officials. During 2024-2025 agricultural season, Pigeon pea plantation in 150 acres in a row and 4706 acres of double crops will be cultivated.

Next, the Chief Minister inspected Oakpho-NgasepayInter-Village Road to be upgraded, met with the local farmers and gave the necessary agricultural knowledge.

Then, the Chief Minister inspected the agricultural land which can be cultivated only rain-fed paddy, instructed to shift rice strain adaptable to the condition of local land and climate and coordinated with the responsible officials to grow the double crops.

Next, the Chief Minister inspected Ayeyawady River Bank erosion prevention worksite and gave necessary instruction.

Then, the Chief minister paid homage to the historic ancient PawTawMu (ShinPhyu) ) Buddha Image and offered cash donation for the Arc-entrance and all-renovation works of the Buddha Image.
