Greeting retired senior officers: SAC Chairman greeted retired senior officers

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla greeted Retired senior military officers and their wives who will attend the 79th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day parade to be held on 27 March 2024 and staying at the Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 26th March.

The Senior General and wife greeted the senior military officers and their wives in individuals, asked about health conditions and social requirements and attended to the needs.

During the greeting them, the Senior General discussed the status of safeguarding the good traditions of Tatmadaw, building the Maravijaya Buddha Image which is the world’s tallest sitting marble Buddha Image and Maravijaya Buddha Garden, Tatmadaw’s implementation for the peace and stability of the country, declaring enforcement of Public Military Service Law and the Reserve Forces Law, the effort of the State Administration Council for the all-round development of the country and for the long term existence of the religion and cultural heritages and the retired officers recognized the Senior General for his utmost efforts for serving the State responsibilities in all aspects and gave words of advice.
