Global Experts discuss Sustainable Geotechnical Solutions

The second edition of GeoMandu 2024, an international conference organized by the Nepal Geotechnical Society, witnessed the participation of geotechnical engineers, geoscientists, and researchers from across the globe.

The focus of the conference was a discussion on Geo-techniques for sustainable infrastructure. Lectures on civil engineering advances that have shifted towards the creation of sustainable, resilient, and environmentally conscious infrastructure driven by global dynamics, urbanization, and climate change were delivered.

Keynote speakers from the USA, India, South Korea, Japan, Chinese Taipei, New Zealand, Australia and Kazakhstan shared their expertise in a two-day-long conference.
