Gerard Piqué arrives in court to be heard in Spanish Super Cup case

The former FC Barcelona footballer, appeared in court on Friday to testify regarding his involvement in relocating the Spanish Super Cup to Saudi Arabia. 

During his appearance at the courts, he denied paying the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) or its former president, Luis Rubiales, to facilitate the tournament's move. 

He presented evidence, including 15 invoices totaling €12 million issued to Saudi company SELA, to support his claims. He described the €4 million annual commission his company, Kosmos, received as standard practice in such deals.
