The Israeli authorities announced a decision to ban at least 37 international aid groups working in the Gaza Strip, citing alleged non-compliance with newly imposed regulations.

The decision has sparked concern among humanitarian groups, as the affected organizations provide essential services in emergency healthcare, food assistance, child protection, and support for women, the elderly, refugees, and people with disabilities.  Local residents say the continued blockade and limits on aid deliveries are deepening an already dire humanitarian crisis, placing civilians, especially children, patients, and the displaced, at grave risk.
