A bakery in the southern Gaza Strip town of Deir El-Balah resumed work following a delivery of flour from the World Food Programme after the first batch of aid since early March entered the Palestinian Territories.

Some aid is finally reaching Gazans in desperate need, but it's moving far too slowly and it's only a drop in the bucket said the executive director of the WFP. In Gaza, the Hamas government media office reported the arrival of 87 aid trucks, which it said were allocated to international and local organisations to meet "urgent humanitarian needs".
