





The opening ceremony of AFC Futsal Coaching Certificate Course Level-1 co-organized by Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) was held at state sports training stadium in Taunggyi at 9 AM on 23rd January.
At the opening ceremony, the Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun, Chief Justice of state high court, state ministers, state advocate general and officials are introduced to the training course instructors and trainees individually.
In his remark, the Chief Minister said the Coaching Certificate Course is opened with the aims at development of Myanmar Football (Futsal) sport, turning out the qualified, internationally acknowledged futsal coaches, having knowledge on the improved new rules of futsal in line with the time, facilitating the development of futsal sport in Shan State and emerging reliable qualified futsal instructors for Shan State. The course will be attended by 20 trainees from Self-Administered Division, Zones, Districts and Townships and the instructors are urged to train them with full benevolence.
Next, the chairman of futsal and beach soccer subcommittee of Myanmar Football Federation Dr. Ye Mon Htut clarified regarding the opening of Futsal Coaching Certificate Course, training instructor U Tin Maung Htay from Asian Football Confederation (AFC) extended greeting and posed for the documentary group photo, it’s reported.
