Friendly Exchange Program: Youth Awareness Talk in Yangon

Jointly organized by the Myanmar Youth Affairs Central Committee and Yangon Region Youth Affairs Committee, Youth Awareness Talk was held at Pyinyar Nay Chi hall of the Thingangyun Education Degree College in Thingangyun Township on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, Secretary of the Myanmar Youth Affairs Central Committee, Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Zin Min Htet said that this youth affairs talk was held to friendly exchange experience among youths, to elevate preservation of traditional heritage and national characteristics and to build harmonious society for sustainable development.

He added that the International Youth Affairs Day will be held resoundingly at the WunnaThedik Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw on 12th of September 2024. And, the 5th National Sports Festival 2024 will be held in December and skillful athletes will be chosen to take part in 2025 Southeast Asian Games in Thailand.

Then, the youths were urged to nature patriotic spirit for brighten future of the country.  Then, the vice chairman of the Yangon Region Youth Affairs Committee, Social Affairs Minister U Htay Aung delivered a speech. This was followed by presentation on the knowledge of sports by the Chairman of the Association for Former Myanmar Selected Players.
