Fresher Welcome Ceremony: First year B.Ed Distance Education course opened in Dawei

A fresher welcome ceremony of the first year B.Ed Distance Education course (4/2023) was held at Dawei Education Degree College on Friday.
At the ceremony, Chief Minister U Myat Ko said the education reform is currently being carried out and concerted efforts are needed to put on the latest educational systems suitable and flexible with teaching methods and curriculum.
Next, the principal of Dawei Education Degree College gave a detailed explanation about the course and the regional government honored the principal of Dawei Education Degree College, who received an outstanding award on World Teachers' Day in 2023. During the ceremony, 500,000 kyats of cash assistance were provided to the trainees.
