French PM visits drought-hit Mayotte

French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne arrives in Mayotte, one of the overseas departments of France to make a number of announcements on water, housing and health for France's poorest department, which is facing severe drought, migratory pressure from neighboring Comoros and growing insecurity.
