French PM pledges Major Transport Funding

French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou signed a major funding agreement to improve transport links in the Alps ahead of the 2030 Winter Olympics. The package includes €342 million for upgrades to rail infrastructure and another €150 million for improvements to the road network, aimed at ensuring better access to alpine venues.
