French government & football governing body LFP sign agreement on security at football games

The State and the Professional Football League (LFP) have signed an agreement to ensure the safe organization of matches, aiming to combat violence and insecurity in stadiums.

"The government, clubs and the league must work together to protect the football experience for fans, from the moment they buy their tickets until they return home," said LFP President at a press conference held at the Ministry of the Interior. The Professional Football League (LFP) is a French governing body that runs the major professional football leagues in France and Monaco.
