French government announces 400,000 public charging points for cars by 2030

French Industry Minister, Economy Minister, and Carrefour CEO visited electric vehicle charging points in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, near Paris. During their visit they announce that "400,000 charging points will be installed on public land by 2030". The Minister wants to 'speed up the electrification of business fleets' to 'support' the electric vehicle industry.
