France's highest review court on Thursday overturned the life sentence of Dany Leprince and ordered a retrial for the quadruple murder of his family. Leprince, who spent 18 years in prison for the 1994 murders of his brother, sister-in-law, and two nieces in western France, was granted a rare opportunity to clear his name. The reversal comes after decades of the convicted man proclaiming his innocence and fighting to reopen the case.
