Fish-Releasing & Tree-Planting: MoBA Union Minister attends ceremonies for 2023

Ministry of Border Affairs held the 2023 fish-releasing ceremony in its agriculture and livestock zone in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

In this ceremony, Union Minister Lt-General Tun Tun Naung, deputy minister and many other officials and staff released 50,000 carp fingerlings into the ShoPate Dam. On the same day, the Ministry held the 3rd tree-planting ceremony in the year of 2023 in the compound of Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Zabuthiri Township.

On the occasion, the Union Minister, deputy minister and many other officials and staff planted 302 teak saplings. It’s reported that the Ministry of Border Affairs planted 29,723 saplings in this monsoon season.
