Filming in UK for Queen's Christmas message

Singers, band members and schoolchildren told of their joy after being invited to take part in the traditional Christmas message given by Britain's Queen Elizabeth II. In a preview of the message, released on Friday, members of the Central Band of the Royal British Legion were filmed whilst playing the national anthem.

Singers from the Singology Community Choir were shown providing vocals for the festive message. There was also a special role for children from a local primary school who created decorations for the illuminated Christmas tree which glowed behind the monarch at Windsor Castle. The televised Christmas Day message, which will be broadcast on X-Mas Day, is a tradition in Britain.
