Fifth National Sports Festival: Preparations underway at the Wunna Theikdi Stadium

Preparations are underway for the fifth National Sports Festival which is scheduled to be held from 9th to 20th December.

On Wednesday, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn and Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan visited Wunna Theikdi Stadium (B) to oversee the rehearsing for the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival by the Myanmar Paralympic Sports Federation and Myanmar Comedian Association.

They also visited the Basic Education High School No.6 in Zabuthiri Township and viewed the rehearsing of participants from Myanmar Thabin Association. The Union Ministers later inspected the installation of LED, power line and audio system at the Wunna Theidi Stadium.
