FIFA funding boost to help disadvantaged footballers in Laos

The Laotian Football Federation (LFF) says a funding boost from FIFA will help disadvantaged footballers in the South East Asian nation.

Money from football's governing body will help provide training facilities for clubs and players that do not have a pitch to train on, or equipment to train with.Additionally, the Laotian Football Federation wants to use the funding to help boost men's and women's competitions within their country, following their return since the Covid-19 pandemic.
