Fake News: Disinformation on military service recruitment

One of the illegal destructive media outlets, KhitThit Media is spreading false information on social media platforms, alleging that the lists to serve in military are urged to collect across the country, and the respective administrative bodies are forcing the family members of the enlisted young people to sign testimony to prevent them from escaping.
In another instance of disinformation, a fake news asserting that the security forces abducted over 50 young people in Mogok Township of Mandalay Region. The destructive media outlets are intentionally spreading misinformation through social media platforms to persuade young people to join the terrorist groups, creating public panic and sowing discord among Tatmadaw members and public.
