Factory Visit: Providing assistance and observing the operation process

On 5th October, Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than attended a donation ceremony for flood victim employees of Yeni (Paper Mill) in Yeni Township of Bago Region and provided 9 million kyat cash assistance for the employees.

Moreover, the Union Minister inspected the cardboard production process and preparations to put the finished products on the market. There, the Union Minister stressed that the regular operation of the mills can enhance the operation skills of the employees covering local demand and reducing foreign expenses.

In addition, it can also provide job opportunities to local residents. He added that, every individual is encouraged to learn continuously to improve their capability aiming to become qualified service personnel for the interest of the nation.
