Factory Visit: Inspecting factory operation and training center

Deputy Minister for Industry U Yin Maung Nyunt on 9th March visited No.8 Garment Factory in Yamethin and heard reports on operation process of the factory.

The Deputy Minister instructed to strive for boosting production while laying down the plans for maintenance of the machinery. They then observed the production process of the factory.

On arrival at No.8 Garment Factory (Pyawbwe), the Deputy Minister gave instructions on maintenance works and safety measures, and inspected the production process of cotton thread and Cotton Mill.

On the 10th, the Deputy Minister visited No.3 Garment Factory and No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory in Sagaing and inspected the production process. At No.2 Industrial Training Center in Mandalay, the Deputy Minister heard reports on upgrading works, and instructed the needs to make constant maintenance of machinery and quality assessment for upgrading works of the training center.

The Deputy Minister later inspected installation of 3,000 KVA transformer, arrival of machinery for conducting sewing training and upgrading of the training center.
