Factory Inspection: Union Minister Inspects No.2 Steel Mill (Pang Pet) In Taunggyi

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than and Deputy Minister U Yin MaungNyunt, visited No.2 Steel Mill (Pang Pet) in Taunggyi of Shan State on 25th April.

The official reported on the work processes to be implemented as per the findings of the foreign experts. The Union Minister stressed the needs to scrutinize and approve the findings of the experts for renovation works. He also pointed out the needs to make coordination for timely completion of the project. The Union Minister later inspected the installation of equipment at the mill.

On the 26th, the Union Minister met with staff, and urged them to make constant learning for promoting the qualification for self-progress. He also stressed to make cooperative efforts for tackling the challenges to be encountered. The Union Minister also discussed the work processes to be involved in drafting the economic plan.
