Factory Inspection: MOI Union Minister inspects Pangpet Steel Mill

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than visited No.2 Steel Mill (Pangpet) in Taunggyi of Shan State on Saturday. He inspected the Foundry Shop, Waste Heat Boiler, Water Purifier, Oxygen Workshop, Sub-station, Mineral Workshop and Coal Storage facility. He also inspected the construction of rail road for transporting raw iron to No.1 Steel Mill in Myin Chan.

During the inspection, the Union Minister instructed to carry out for maintenance work, conducting skill training programs, standardized implementation of machine installation, and efficient utilization of budget allotments.
