Exchange views: MSWRR DM received regional director of UNHCR

The Deputy Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement U Soe Kyi received Ms. Hai Kyung Jun, Director of the Asia-Pacific Regional Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and members at the Ministry in Naypyidaw on 3rd October.

At the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on the experiences during the trip to Sittwe of Rakhine State and Taunggyi of Shan State, status of assistance and rehabilitation measures carrying out by the Union Government and the Ministry for the recent flood affected people and the implementation for signing MoU between the Ministry and UNHCR.
