EU officials meet UN Secretary General at COP28

Spain's Teresa Ribera, a leading EU representative at the COP28 conference, and the European Commissioner for Climate Action Wopke Hoesktra met with the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres at the COP28 venue in Dubai.
