EU debates Gaza truce call, as foreign policy chief Borrell urges more aid

EU foreign ministers meet in Luxembourg, with Israel's conflict with Hamas at the top of the agenda on Monday.

At the meeting, EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell urged faster aid deliveries to the Gaza Strip and said that the few dozen trucks of humanitarian aid that had been allowed into the enclave from Egypt were not enough. He added that the bloc was debating calling for a humanitarian pause in the conflict.
