Establishing Polytechnic Universities: MOST Union Minister Calls for coordination

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw held a work coordination meeting on Thursday to discuss the establishment of Polytechnic Universities within the purview of universities under the ministry.

The Union Minister emphasized the necessity of cooperation from all concerned parties for the successful inauguration of these universities. There are a total of 61 universities under the ministry, comprising 34 technological universities and 27 computer universities. Plans have been made to integrate Polytechnic universities into the existing framework without necessitating alterations to the current syllabuses.
